Animal Rights Act Should Be Enforced By Indian Government
By: Anu

Well, Government has already enforced various acts for the smooth functioning of the society such as environment protection act, Factory act, companies act etc. But just as Human rights act, animal rights act should be enforced by the Indian government.

The recent news headline that a pregnant elephant died after consuming a pineapple stuffed with crackers forces the government to take the decision regarding the enforcement of animal rights act. The most important reason to enforce this act will be to stop all kinds of tortures that are against the animals and to provide all the basic rights to them (animals).  Other reasons to enforce this act may include to stop cruelty against animals, to prevent delivering of unnecessary pains and sufferings on animals, for the safety of animals etc.

Various provisions with respect to (related to) animals should be placed on different sections of the act. For instance, various sources of food and nutrition required by them, shelter, minimum area that should be provided to them for their recreation, health issues etc. It should also contain the instructions as animals will not be harmed, trapped, beaten, killed, multilated, transported by any individual. Rights of animals should be clearly stated in a separate section of the act as in human rights act. Some provisions similar to human rights act should also be taken into account (consideration). Some instructions for the owners of animals and stray animals must be there in the act. According to the act, animals as pets should be sold to those who takes their full responsibility and treats them kindly. There should be ban on animal testing and dissection of animals. And many other necessary provisions related to animals needs to be placed under this act.

Through this act, animals will be protected and there will be a healthy balance in our ecosystem. Unnecessary and useless tortures to animals will also reduce.

There will be strict punishment for those who go against (oppose, contradicts) the any of the provisions of the act. For instance, Any individual fails to comply (obey) with or contravenes (break a rule or law) any of the provisions of the act should be punishable with imprisonment (act of putting in prison, jail) of two years with lifetime ban on keeping pets.

It is the need of the hour that animals rights act should be enforced and implemented by the government immediately so that animal abuse can be stopped or eliminated and the lives of many animals can be saved.

My Aim in Life

Q. Doctor -Engineer -Astronaut -Scientist -Painter -Poet -Police Officer -Entrepreneur -Army/Navy/Air Force Officer.
What would you like to be when you grow up. Write an article in about 120 words describing your aim in life and your reasons for choosing it. (Class VI BBC Compacta)

MY AIM IN LIFE
-BY: ROHIT

Life without aim is a ship without rudder. Aim is strong desire that a person want to fulfil. It is a target that one one hope to hit. As rightly said by our beloved former President of India Dr. A.P.Abdul Kalam, "Dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep."
Life's aim differs from time to time and individual to individual. There are various aims depending on one's area of interest. For instance, one want to become a doctor, engineer, scientist, teacher, painter, poet, Army or navy officer and so on.

My aim in life is to become (But I would like to be) (When I will grow up, I want to become) a successful entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is a person who starts his own business and industry to produce goods for the consumers and for the purpose of earning profits. This brings an improvement in standard of living of people of the society.

The main area of my attention would be to set up a new business or industry in an undeveloped, rural or backward area near my hometown and thus encouraging capital formation (development) in the or my country. Further, I want to generate employment opportunities for needy people (for the needy) and educated unemployed youth. Also I want to explore some new opportunities and possibilities for the people of my country.

Timely execution of an action plan with a positive attitude is the key to accomplish the aim. I hope to accomplish my aim through hard work and dedication. As rightly said by our beloved former President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, "If four things are followed- having a great aim, acquiring knowledge, hard work and preservance- then anything can be achieved".

DREAM REQUIRES EFFORTLESS SLEEP, AIM REQUIRES SLEEPLESS EFFORTS.
IF YOU FAIL TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL, CHANGE THE STRATEGY, NOT THE GOAL. (gita)

CBSEGuess AI: As a child, I was often asked the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" and my answer was always the same - "I want to be a doctor." However, as I grew older, my interests and passions evolved, and I found myself drawn towards a different path - that of an entrepreneur.

My aim in life is to become a successful entrepreneur and make a positive impact in the world. I have always been fascinated by the idea of creating something from scratch and turning it into a successful venture. The thought of being my own boss, taking calculated risks, and constantly learning and growing excites me. But my decision to pursue entrepreneurship is not solely based on the thrill of it. I believe that this career path will allow me to combine my creativity, problem-solving skills, and business acumen to bring innovative ideas to life. I am determined to use my skills to develop products or services that can make a difference in people's lives. Moreover, being an entrepreneur also means being able to give back to society. I have always been passionate about social causes and making a positive impact. With my own business, I hope to create job opportunities for others, support local communities, and contribute to environmental sustainability. I am aware that the road to success in entrepreneurship is not easy. It requires hard work, dedication, and the ability to bounce back from failures. But I am ready to face these challenges head-on, as I believe that the rewards of creating something meaningful and impactful are worth it.

In conclusion, my aim in life is to become a successful entrepreneur who not only achieves personal success but also makes a positive difference in the world. I am excited and determined to pursue this path, and I am confident that with passion, perseverance, and hard work, I will achieve my goal.

MY FAVOURITE TEACHER
By: Rahul

Over the academic course of my life, I had been taught by many teachers at various grades or classes in school. I have had many teachers till the completion of my education. But Mrs. Dr. ritu is was my favourite teacher among the teachers i have studied from. She is an M.Sc physics. She teaches taught me Science. (She used to teach me science.)

She has an admiring personality. She is an epitome (symbol, token, sign प्रतीक) of love, compassion, simplicity and sacrifice. She is amiable and jovial (friendly) by nature. She is sagacious (wise, intelligent) and gives valuable piece of advice to everyone.

I am inspired by her experience in teaching, method of teaching and technique of clarifying student's doubts, OR she is always ready to take the doubts of the students. Besides bookish knowledge, she teaches me the basic principles of life such as respecting our elders, early rising, thanks to god, perfoming our duties honestly etc. For her every student is equal. She never get partial with any body. She behaves very politely with all and never discriminate among students. She teaches the students like her own childrens. She teaches from heart not from book. She enlighten her educators with knowledge and life lessons. She always motivates the students to do hard work, as hard work is the key to success.

Moreover, she always has something to share with people because she reads many books, magazines and journals in the school library in her leisure time. (library when she gets leisure time/ spare time.) She has also written many books for students in easy, precise and understandable language.

All in all she is the only teacher in my life who I respect the most. I am very lucky (so blessed) to have such a nice mentor. May God gives her good health and happiness throughout her life.

Letter to editor sharing story where you took initiative to help those in need diring lockdown.

Q. You came across an article in the newspaper about how a group of students got together to show their gratitude to the police and sanitation workers who worked tirelessly during the lockdown by providing them with foodstuffs like fruit, biscuits, tetra packs of juice and milk, packaged water and other things like masks and sanitizers. They approached NGOs, did fundraisers and collected donations. There are countless such stories about people helping each other at a time like this.

Subject: Story where I took an initiative to help those in need during lockdown.

Sir

Through the columns of your esteemed daily I wish to share a story where I took initiative to help those in lockdown.

The government of India had ordered a nation wide lockdown on 22 march till 31st may 2020. However, essential services were continued such as grocery, medicines etc. Many families became jobless and ideal at homes. Taking this into consideration, I (took an initiative to) decided to help the needy.

It was the sixteenth day of the lockdown. I was passing through the market and saw the poor searching for food in the rubbish. (I saw the poor roaming door to door for some help for his family.) I felt how these people are passing through the difficult times of this covid. I discussed with my nearest neighbour about this and arrive at the decision to help those in need during this COVID lockdown. We together had made a plan and estimated our budget. We sorted the items and ordered it.  We make noticed to the needy about the offering of the same. We gave them flour, sugar, tea, rice, pulses, oil and so on as charity. We also gave them medicines, masks and sanitizers giving them information regarding pandemic and give preventive measures. They were very happy  and gave blessings to us. It was a great pleasure for me to see smile on their faces.

I hope you will publish my story in your newspaper so that individuals help each other in this hard time.

Yours truly
vedant.

Changing Mindsets Towards Animals.

Q. You were pained to read about incidents of cruelty against animals in the newspapers. One in particular, about feeding an elephant a pineapple with explosives concealed in it, is not only shocking but also reveals a sick mentality.
Write an article on changing mindsets towards animals and suggest ways in which we can enforce zero tolerance for animal cruelty. You are Dhiranu / Drishti.

CHANGING MINDSETS TOWARDS ANIMALS
BY: DHIRANU

Man is the only animal in the world who uses other animals in order to fulfill his needs and wants. It is the matter of great pain that our mindset towards animals are changing continuously with each passing day. We have changed our thinking which is now only confined to selfishness.

The common mindset of people towards animals is that they consider animals as a harmful creature. But the fact is that animal does not harms other or attack unless it is provoked. Man is the only animal who uses other animals to fulfil his needs. Besides this, he has strated using, taming, teasing and chasing animals for his own benefits and entertainment.

Instead of feeding the animals with proper diet, people have started using them for their own entertainment. For instance, the recent news item that someone has fed an elephant a pineapple with explosive concealed in it, which has shocked many people. This also reaveals sick mentality of people towards animals.

The need of the hour is to change the mindset of people and to enforce zero tolerance for animal cruelty. Authorities should wake from their eternal sleep and take an immediate action against the culprits. Animals should be provided the necessities which they need such as diet, proper place to live in etc. Also they will perform or behave well if they will be kept in animal care units. It is the duty of the parents to instill moral values in their children. They should be taught not to harm any living creature on the earth as every living creature has its own role to be played in the environment. If we do not change our mindset towards animals, the whole earth would suffer one day.

My Opinions On COVID-19

Q. Write an article in 200 words about something, you have a strong opinion on COVID 19 (CORONAVIRUS) pandemic. What have you seen that has made you upset? proud? appreciative? scared ? You are Anu/Arun.

MY OPINION ON COVID 19
- BY: ARUN

Now a days we are coping With a covid 19 pandemic. But with the passage of time, government has controlled covid by means of lockdown, social distancing, masks and vaccines. OR
Passing through thick and thin of covid pandemic times, everyone has some experiences on what they felt and what they opine (think). I too have some my own personal experiences on various feelings.

I really felt proud at doctors of the world. They treated the patients with full zest (energy, interest) and zeal (enthusiasm, passion, जोश) though it was very dangerous for their own lives too. They don't care about themselves. They fulfill their professional duty. I also felt proud at a victim of covid who had quarantine himself in order to save his dear ones.

After that I appreciate PM of country who (ordered to impose or) imposed a strict lockdown in the country in order to prevent the spread of pandemic and to save the citizens of the country. He also helped the needy and poor in the hard times of COVID pandemic lockdown by depositing some cash in their accounts or making available the necessities to them free of cost.

Taking negative aspects in consideration, I felt upset and scared too. The thing that scared me the most was that (Covid might not happen to us.) I and my family might not exposed to this virus. The news headlines of continuous rise in the countless number of covid patients also scared me.

At last, I felt upset at behaviour of the shopkeepers who did unethical practices such as hoarding, black marketing, adulteration, high prices etc. in order to take the advantage of pandemic lockdown. I came to know about the fact that doctors are charging high fees from the patients in return of their services, which makes me sad. Due to lockdown imposed by government, labourers were forced to leave their workplaces without adequate transport facility. Student's studies affected negatively too. Students become lazy and non serious in their studies. People were continuously flouting quarantine rules imposed by the government which also upsets me.

So, I urge (request) the public to focus on the safe steps during the hard times of pandemic. All are advised to help and co operate with each other for the benefit (sake) of the nation.

My opinions on COVID-19.

Well, There are numerous memorable holidays, events and moments in our life. we get/have many holidays on different occassions. Some of them will retain in our memory and become memorable for us.

Recently, I had a holiday from my school after half yearly examinations. I decided to visit Amritsar to have a glimpse of golden temple with my friends. As we entered the temple, I met my known, who is the resident of amritsar joined us. He makes us to have a  glimpse of temple and told about its history. Thousand of people from all over the world visit here daily to get peaceful vibes. It was very crowded.

This holiday has become a memorable one in our life. we never have such peaceful place in our life till now. Also, we came to know a lot of information about this historical monument. There is a market outside the temple from where we purchase some traditional items for my near dear ones. We also offer our voluntary service on the kitchen over there.

I enjoyed and it was very great experience to visit there.

Thank you.
